The Patriarch is a normal unique Great Sword found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

The Patriarch pairs 100-120% Enhanced Damage on a Great Sword base of 25-42 with Hit Blinds Target, which casts Dim Vision on the regular monsters it strikes and leaves them unable to pursue or use any skill. 100% Extra Gold from Monsters doubles what each kill drops, which is worth more at level 29 than it is later, when gold has stopped being a constraint.
